A campaign website you can finish tonight.
Answer one form about your race. Yardsign builds a fast site with volunteer sign-ups, ActBlue donate buttons and your “Paid for by” line, on your own domain. $39 a month, with no setup fee.

Everything a campaign site needs, nothing you have to configure.
- Your photo, story and issues on one fast page that looks right on every phone.
- A volunteer sign-up form with carrier-ready text-message consent. Every sign-up is emailed to you.
- ActBlue donate buttons each tagged with its own refcode, so you can see which ones raise money.
- Your “Paid for by” line generated from your committee details and locked into every page.
- Your own domain with HTTPS, or a free yourname.yardsignsites.com address.
- A privacy policy written for your campaign and linked from your form.
- A copy of your site to download any time, yours to keep.
How it works
No templates to wrestle with, no plugins and no web developer.
Fill in the form
About fifteen minutes: your name, office, photo, story, issues, ActBlue link and committee name.
Watch it take shape
Your site updates as you type, on a laptop and on a phone. Nothing is public until you publish.
Publish
Your site goes live at yourname.yardsignsites.com right away, and on your own domain when you connect it.
One price for every race.
School board or Congress, you pay the same. No activation fee, no setup fee, no contract and no audit of your district's population.
Party committees and organizations running 5 or more sites pay 15% less; 20 or more, 25% less. Email support@yardsignsites.com to set that up. Our prices are published and the same for everyone.
- Build and preview free, for as long as you like
- Pay when you publish; cancel any month
- Unlimited sign-ups, edits and visitors
- Your domain, HTTPS and email alerts included
Built for the rules campaigns run by.
The small print on a campaign site matters. Yardsign handles it in plain view, so you can check it.
Disclaimers
We write your “Paid for by” line from your committee details, using the wording federal, Virginia and New Jersey rules call for and a standard line for other states. You check it and confirm it before you publish.
Paid for by Friends of Dana Whitfield
Text-message consent
When you collect phone numbers, your form shows the consent language carriers expect, and your site gets a privacy policy that says mobile numbers are never sold or shared.
Supporter data stays yours
Sign-ups are encrypted with a key for your site alone. Only your campaign can see them; we never sell, share or combine them with anyone else's.
Accessible by default
Every color pairing meets WCAG AA contrast, photos need a description before you publish, and the whole site works by keyboard.
Questions
What do I need before I start?
A photo, a few sentences about yourself, the issues you're running on, your ActBlue link and your committee's registered name. You can publish without a photo or ActBlue link and add them later.
Who can use Yardsign?
Democratic candidates, Democratic Party committees and progressive campaigns and organizations. See our acceptable use policy for details.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. After you publish, connect a domain like www.yourname.com from your dashboard by adding one DNS record where you bought it. Until then, and afterward too, your site is at yourname.yardsignsites.com.
How do donations work?
Your donate buttons send supporters to your ActBlue contribution page with the amount filled in. ActBlue processes the money and sends it to your campaign; Yardsign never handles it. Each button carries its own refcode so ActBlue's reports show which ones work.
Who sees the people who sign up?
Only your campaign. We email you each new sign-up, and you can see them all in your dashboard, download them as a spreadsheet or send them to Google Sheets.
Is the “Paid for by” line legally right for my race?
We generate it from the details you give us, following the published rules for federal races, Virginia and New Jersey, and a standard line elsewhere. Rules vary, so you review and confirm it before publishing, and your campaign is responsible for it. This isn't legal advice; your state election office or a campaign finance lawyer can confirm what applies to you.
What happens after the election?
Keep your site up, update it with a thank-you, or cancel. When you cancel, your site goes offline at the end of the month you paid for. Download your site and your sign-ups first; they're yours.
Start with your name. We'll handle the rest.
Building and previewing are free. You only pay when your site goes live.
